Can you delete a thread you put up?

hi, was wondering after u put up a thread can u delete it? I have put some threads up but now no longer want them up and was wondering can you delete them?

Only Moderators can delete threads and only if theres a good reason

Ok I see, im new to minimins so dont really the know the format, as you are aware I did a duplicate thread because the 1st one didn't get answered and wanted the other one deleted but wasn't sure how to delete it, ok now it makes sense, I'm gonna get the hang of this forum, thanks starlight
