plz help, newbie in need.. regarding takeaway

hi there, im on my third day of sw and im not feeling great today and really dont feel like cooking, does anyone have any idea how many syns there would be in dry chicken would be on a red day, say chicken tikka or tandoori chicken from an indian?? thanks for any help x
