exante working solution meals help

I did TS for my fist 4 days and then moved to WS night before last. So far I have made a crustless quiche with king prawns, salmon and spinach which was lovely and very filling. Last night I had chicken breast with a slice of ww bacon on top with celeriac chips, yummy. I POAS this morning and I am still in ketosis so am eating the right things so far

you have to let me know how to make all that sounds great

Crustless quiche:
In a flan dish space out your ingredients (for mine it was king prawns, flaked salmon fillet and wilted spinach)
Pour over enough beaten egg to just cover the ingredients (my dish is 21" and it took 7 eggs. I beat these with a little double cream as I dont want milk due to carbs)
Cook at 180C, times will vary. For my large flan dish it took approx 20 mins.
After the first 10 mins I grated a small amount of cheese on top approx 35g.
I cut this in to 4 pieces and it made a good sized portion. Could be served with a small green salad but be careful of your veg so you don't overdo the carbs.

Make sure you grease you flan dish well with either butter or olive oil (for the best low carbs) otherwise the quiche will really stick

Celeriac chips: cut celeriac in to chips, boil for approx 7 mins until soft, leave to dry out for approx 20 mins, pop on baking tray with some olive oil and bake for approx 30 mins depending on the thickness.

All low carb and very tasty ;)

Hi, yes I have done SW before and intend that to be my ongoing diet after finishing with Exante. I'm not sure if we can use quark as it's made from skimmed milk and milk is quite carby. I'll check the next time I'm in the supermarket

You could make that with cottage cheese as well, that would make a good meal, also from sw

Blend 3 eggs with a tub of cotttage cheese. Add peppers, onions, mushrooms (which can be from frozen) herbs, garlic powder. put in dish cook at 180 for around 30-40 mins until set

Not all of it though! ;)
