Inch loss?

I know there is no exact answer... but roughly im wondering how many inches across my waist id lose if i lost 14 pounds... hmm?

1, as 14lbs is roughly 1 dress size

I've lost nearly 6 stone now and have lost 11 inches from my waist, so I'm working out about 2 inches off my waist for each stone (so far). I think there are about 2 inches to a dress size. I guess it varies a bit for each person.

I hold a lot of my weight in my midriff so I'd probably have to lose double that to go down a size. Every person is different! xx
