So I'm losing weight this time for the last time to get fit (in both senses of the word!) before I'm 30.
I have 14 months to lose 4 stone 7lb and keep it off for a while.
This is my first week, and I weigh in on a Saturday. It would be fair to say that I haven't exactly 'stuck to it' but I have added exercise into my regime, which is new, so I'm hoping that might redeem me a bit.
I am running, yes running, the Race for LIfe 5k on 30 July, so I am training for that now. I have walked it plenty of times but I felt the need for a solid challenge to keep me on track, so I've told everyone at work I'm doing it and getting some really good levels of sponsorship in, so I have a lot of expectations to live up to.
Am settling into it a bit now though, so I'm hoping to be a complete 'Loser'.
