wooo i was so proud of myself :8855:
it was a little potato-ish inside but was crispy on the outside, and i turned them into 4 little mini pizzas! ;)
fried some mushrooms up and added some schwartz garlic italian seasoning in the smash and into the tomato puree too so lots of flavour:D
thankyou to whoever found this recipe:worthy: i can finally have pizza! :D

i finally got round to making this the other day and it was worth it. suprisingly tasty...just make sure you get the base as thin as possible xxx

Recipie pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee xxx

Just make up the smash with enough water to moisten it but not so much that it goes sloppy! Just the Tesco basic instant smash is fine, the cheaper the better apparently... Then spray a baking tray with fry light, mould the mash into a pizza base shape and bake in the oven for about 10-15 mins and flip over to bake the other side. Take it out to cool. Use passata instead of tomato puree and put your chosen toppings - I put on mine - orange / yellow peppers (thinly sliced), sliced mushroom, red onion, sliced tomato and a handful of Quorn steak strips. I fried them first in some fry light and some worcester sauce to give them a lovely taste. Then sprinkled 42g grated mozarella (HEA) over and back in the oven. Yummy and very filling.

I made sw pizza....mine was soo thin though first one was like a big doritto, one I've just made was alot better and nicer I also made sw burgers and they ate amazing c

I just made a teeny one as a test and they're pretty nice. Mine was maybe 6 inches diameter and the base turned out pretty nice, didn't taste of smash at all and was a bit crunchy around the edges, will definitely have it again.
