another weeks comparison, gonna do it monthly from now on.

I def recommend doing this to EVERYONE starting out it so good to see a change when you don't feel any different!!

I had to have my watch taken in a link this weekend too. Can't imagine how I will feel when another 7 stone is washed away!!
