Thats a fantastic loss - the website says that people on average loose 12-14lb a month so you are bang on!!! I've found that if I compare myself to others losses I always ended up disappointed and as a result got myself into the mind set of why bother I may as well just eat. Now I am trying hard to focus just on what I am loosing and to be honest, if I can manage 12lb a month I will be well chuffed!
Kudos to others on here who manage to loose more in a week than I am aiming for in a month, but it is me that is important in this process for me, and not what anyone else is achieving (if you see what I mean!).
No matter how you look at it though, it is a fabulous loss!
