I survived pancake day...

Day 7 today and feel great! Had a better nights sleep last night and managed to get through cooking pancakes for famo. Thank goodness for you guys to talk too it helps sooooooo much xxxxx

managed it too - although hubby cooked them - he always does, much better at it than me.
Hardest thing was the first one - you know the one that's never quite right. Well he decided to let that one up on the counter as he proceeded to cook the other perfect ones and eat them!! I decided to feed the first one to the dog - so I was picking up this pancake and breaking off bits and throwing them at the dog - how tempting to put one piece into my gob - but I didn't - if I had, I would have had loads!!! I even went and washed my hands afterwards as there was bits of sugar and lemon on them!!
Dog loved the pancake!!!!
But the feeling this morning of waking up knowing that I got through it - that's a great feeling!

Well done Frankie, that was really strong minded of you. Lucky dog thats all i can say! Lol it will be us eating again soon enough ive only got 83 days to go... Xxx
