hi jwarren.
You're correct, everyone here is very supportive :D
I do WW online and don't go to class so my support is online. A few people about me are dieting but not WW so I lean on the Minimins ladies and gents to help keep me on the right track and hope I can do the same for others. Half the time they dont even realise its helping me directly, Sometimes just reading a thread can encourage me without being in it ;)
Write off your bad weeks, forget about it, theres nothing you can do to change it. Focus on the week ahead and try to work out why you went off track. I find that keeping the foods that you tend to avoid in the cupboards (ie chocolate) but in lower point options (curly wurly instead of caramel etc) really helps me to stay on track and satisfy my cravings.
Remember this isn't just a diet, its education on how to live healthily. Just deal with one leaning curve at a time and keep moving forward.
Best of luck to you :)

Dont be discouraged :) think about how great it felt every week losing the 2lb, to me that feeling is worth way more than a dairy milk or a chippy! My tracker really helps me, if im writing down what im eating then it does sink in more, if u have old trackers why dont u go back an follow one of them for a week to help kick start you :) and you can still have treats! thats what your 49weekly points are for. Good luck!! :D Xxx
