Just wondering if anyone knows the syn value for this? Really don't want to be left out tonight when the kids and partner are tucking in!

betty crockers shake to bake average each 6 syns on all plans

hope this helps its the only one i could find

it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories, as no free food allowance.

Thanks cathie will be treating myself to one or two now!
And britmum there is no nutritional information at all on the bottle! Sure they have to put it on all products these days but never mind
