Does anyone the syn value of this dish from the indian?

I was looking too! The book says lamb rogan josh is 6.5 per average portion! Chicken must be the same I think or less!

Lamb bhuna is 12 and chicken bhuna is 11

So maybe chicken rogan josh is 5.5

But I dunno what an average portion is

360g but takeaway portions can be as much as three times that much so always weigh them

Ok Cheers! Can't really weigh it in a resturant! Guess I can try guess! Plus I'm doing a 5mile run in a min

Hmm well a microwave curry I have in the freezer, actually it's not mine but it is 350g so I'll use that as a guide!
