Asian coriander sauce dish

Hi all!
Not quite sure where this dish came from, just know my mam always used to make it for me when I was younger at home and I loved it and when I joined Slimming World I realised it could adapted very easily!

Ingredients;
A big bunch of fresh coriander
Half an onion
Couple of spring onions
Clove of garlic
Soy sauce
Tin of tuna
Boiled plain rice

You make the sauce by chopping up the coriander, onion, spring onion, and crush the garlic. Now there are two ways to do this, how I have always done it is by adding the coriander, onion, spring onion and garlic into a pan with plenty of soy sauce and warming it up on the stove untill the coriander wilts (no more than 5-10mins) or if you are worried about the onion/garlic being too raw you could fry them in frylight first then add the coriander, spring onion and soy sauce.

Serve with boiled/steamed rice and some tuna.

It sounds strange but its honestly delish!

Enjoy :D

Ps; sorry for my lack of accurate measurements! I always go by hand hehe
