Crisps

That all depends on several factors!
What your consultant says
If you think it's "food abuse"
If you can get away with eating these and still lose weight

I've been told they are free and I've been told they are not. I don't think there's ever been an official answer on this one.

They're synned, even though they're made out of syn free potatoes.
Because you're using them for a purpose that is outside of the norm.

You'll probably eat a lot more of them by having them as crisps, and would have them as extra to your meals, rather than as part of a meal which the potato would otherwise be.

Ok, post crossed with Jaylou!

She's right, it's not definitive.
However I'd say it's fairly certainly food abuse.

It may be something you can get away with eating, and still lose weight, but if you find you're not losing by adding these, they should be one of the first things you take out!

how do you make them ?
