There was someone a few weeks ago doing it but she left because no one else was doing it. :confused: For some reason she didn't feel she could post here because she was the in a minority :confused:

Oh lol, well, I shall post, but try not to bang on about exactly what food I'm eating as I know that's torture to read if you're on TFR ;)

Clair - Simple Solutions is the highest cal Exante programme, whereby you have 3 shakes and then healthy food of your choice up to a total of 1200 cals a day. So, it's obviously not a VLCD and ketosis isn't a part of it - although I suppose it could be if your extra cals came only from protein. I'm not planning on getting into ketosis though ;)

That's ok lol :)

I just like the idea of it as I don't want to do TFR, but also don't trust myself to just eat conventional food for all my meals and still lose weight! I'll also still be getting 100% nutrition every day, and I like that :)

Hi Janyne, Im doing ws but am sure that i have had ss many times, i.e when ive been out for meals etc, im not in ketosis, like you the packs just make me stick to a diet easier :)
 
I dont really count my calories but am probably doing a similar thing. I only eat 2 replacement meals tho and then have a larger meal on a night. I find that easier at work and more sociable at home. Any recipes would be great. xx Fingers crossed the weight will keep coming off xx you seeem to be doing grand
 
Ahh, a little bit of company here then :) Fab!

I'll write in my diary what my daily food plan is, but essentially involves the 3 shakes and then a 200 cal meal and a 400 cal meal.
