can I have curry powder on induction

I know this might sound like a silly question but it contains sugar so can I have it or not, I can't find any reference to it in the Atkins book (2003 one)?

Probably not, but there are some lower carb curries on the recipe thread Ruth

Thanks Jim. It's OK, I just realised I was looking at the ingredients for my mild curry powder, but the medium and hot ones I have don't have any sugar in them, so I think I'll be alright. Sorry to waste your time.
