Herbal tea? is this ok to drink while on ss

Hi

I usually drink a herbal tea which i make up myself which has cloves, fennel seeds, cardamoms and cinnamon sticks and ginger..i just boil it up and drink it..is this ok to drink while on SS??

I think you can only drink peppermint tea and green tea, stuff from the leaves but not from the flower.

yep only teas made from leaves , so seeds and ginger are definately out , sorry
