syns help!!!!!

My sis gave me this soup recipe so I made it tonight. I just want to check that I've calculated it correctly? I do SW from home so really appreciate anyones input here:

I think free on free & extra easy?????

Asda fresh veg stew pack
1.5 ltr chicken stock
2 large potato
1 cup of red lentils
Salt & Pepper to season

Method:
1) Place all ingreadients in a large saucepan and bring to the boil.
2) Simmer for 3 hours
3) Transfer to a blender and blitz until smooth

Yep free on extra easy and green, as long as no oil is added.

I made a big batch so I could take some for work and freeze the rest!

If u like soup this is a great one to try!

I'm suprised at how many do SW from home but minimins is fantastic. I couldn't do it without this brilliant support from everyone on here.
