Alpen Cereal???

Hi All

Im trying to decide whether to give Alpen Cereal a try as it looks interesting!

Just wondered if someone could give me the syn values of the different varieties please??

Also, can it be used as a HEXB?

for syn values it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories, as no free food allowance.

you are allowed 28g of Alpen High Fibre Cereal or Alpen Luxury Nut Crunch Cereal as a HEb, these are the only ones I can see listed.
