sizzler restaurants

hi all, OH and i often go to our local sizzlers, for lunch on a sunday. very cheap and child friendly!! lol. but as i am starting weight watchers from tommorrow, could any one help me with some of the pp for the menu please.?.

I recently contacted Sizzlers about there being no nutrional information about their food...this is the reply i recieved

Afternoon Zoe, Thanks for your reply. Since I messaged you, I have heard that we are developing a full nutritional database but this will take several months as all items need to be checked by suppliers. We hope it will be in place ready for the new menus in the Autumn.
I know it will probably be of no help to you right now, but good news for future slimmers!

So we have to wait at least 5 months for info
