SW friendly eats in London?

I'm back off to England again next week for a weekend. This time I'm going to London, and I'll be right in the center, staying near King's Cross. I'll be there for a few days and I really, REALLY, REALLY want to try to stay as on plan as possible. Trouble is I've been away from England so long I don't know anything about eating out there anymore save for what i've picked up here.

I am a bit of a Spoonies fan - shut up; I live abroad and its a novelty to me ;) - so I know I'll be going there. But there's only so much 5 bean chili a digestive tract can take in 4 days. ;) I'm making a note of where all the Nandos are, coz I see them mentioned here all the time. And I'll no doubt be eating sushi a lot. That won't cover 4 days though. Where and what can I eat? Do you have any tips for me?

Oh and are there any supermarkets near the center that are likely to sell sugar free jelly? Because that stuff is my new favourite thing. :)
