Still not feeling brilliant but well enough to decide I'm going back on packs tomorrow.

Being off Exante is quite honestly making me miserable. Having some scrambled egg and salmon at mums tonight then TS as of tomorrow

Hey Starlight. I'm sorry that you are feeling 100%, glad you are feeling a tad better though.

I just wanted to add that I've been reading your diary and your one of my Exante inspirations, your weight loss is AMAZING.
