Chocolate Fudge cake

Could anyone tell me the syn value for this? I would really appreciate it as want some tonight:

per 100g

413 kcal
fat: 19.8g of which sats 4g
carb: 52.8g of which sugar 42.5g
I am thinking maybe 20 syns for 100g?

may even be really naughty and have some ice cream with it:

Tesco choc icecream:

per scoop (43 grams)

75 kcal
fat: 2.7g of which sat 1.8g

Am i safe to just go for the 20 kcal/1 syn with these?

No free food allowance for any of the above so it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories

So 21 syns for 100g of cake and 4 syns for 43g of ice cream
