I'm Kerry from Doncaster and hoping (no scrap that and think positive is going to lose) to lose about 3 1/2 stone on the Cambridge plan. This is Day one and i've just had the Choc mint shake and YUM. Got porridge for tea so that I can still sit with the family for the evening meal - well that the strategy i'm hoping for at the mo. Does any one have any coping strategies that I can use when times get hard lol think I need to get prepared. I've booked the week off work to make sure I have no temptations are stress from work colleagues. I'll keep you all posted on the WI next Friday night. xxxxx
