Hiya everyone restarting again after over a month off plan and 11lb gain!

BREAKFAST
2 choc weetabix (hexb) with skimmed milk (hexa), tea

LUNCH
Chicken soup made with chicken, leeks, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots.
Handful of blueberries and strawberries, Cup of tea

DINNER
Pasta made with tomatoes, mushrooms, peas and fresh tuna
