hi sorry to ask another qestion but does full fat milk follow the 1 syn per 20kcal rule i have search on the syn calclator and it keeps crashing. im trying to work ot for 50mls worth

yes it will do, as apart from being a HEa it has no free food allowance.

100mls is 65 cals so i made it 2 syns for 50mls is that correct
