first proper day

i have to say im finding this much better than a " diet " im not restricting my body just modifying my choices.

i didnt have breakfast cos i dont really eat it

but for dinner i was in town before work so had a tescos sandwich-6g of fat and only 310 calories

ive just ate my first orange!!! as a snack

and for tea im going to cook cabbage and boil potatos. i think first day sounds ok? and ive only drank water :D

u need to eat breakfast as it stops the body reserving fats and carbs -- and it set you up for the day

try having porridge -- or a fruit salad -- or toast brown bread

start drinking the water from when you wake up
a warm cup of water with some lemon juice

then throughout the day keep drinking water aim for a 250ml - 400 ml an hour - two standard cups

go for a walk through the day -- start with walking for 10mins - 5mins from your house and 5 mins back --
