M & s reduced fat soft cheese

Can this be used as a hexa or syns? I'm at work without lunch! Oops so nit together this week also what's the syn value of rivita?

Not to worry I had it all as syns so 3 rivita = 3 syns and 28g low fat soft cheese = 2 syns x 2

So lunch = 7 syns so pleased with myself for still sticking to plan!!! N counting everything up

Think I'm treat my self to some choc tofu pudding this evening for that lol
