Bella Italia - What can I eat??

I didnt put this in syn value as I havent actually been yet!

I need some (low syn or free) ideas for what to eat here!

I can do either red or green ive not commited to either yet today.

I cant eat seafood - I thought maybe a pasta dish of somekind and do a green but I have no idea what to choose!

Possibly a starter too - as I dont want to be the only stick in the mud who isnt having one!
