Chinese Stir Fry Sauce Are my calculations right??????? HELP!!

My fella cooked tonight !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quite shocking but it was delish !!!

Only .... he used a tesco stir fry sauce which was 180g for the full sachet...

At 85 calories per 1/2 sachet (90g) I calulated it at 4 1/2 syns, based on the 1 syn for every 20 cals rule....


Does this sound right ??

thanks britmum did a search and someone said 16 syns i nearly cried :'(

i didnt want to throw a strop and refuse my fella's cooking coz its once in a blue moon that he actually does lol thank you xx
