I joined sw last night, this is my menu today, I was on extra easy, does it sound right?

B 2 weetabix with apple and milk (a)

L Roasted pepper soup, sw recipe, with banana and muller light yoghurt.

D Chicken breast, sw chips and salad.
Kiwi and grapes.
 
Yes it's fine but you are not eating very much. Personally I would be hungry if I only ate this over the course of the day. Were you satisfied or are you trying to be 'good'? And what about your syns - you don't seem to be having any
 
I was trying to be good. Do you have to use your syns? Do you not lose if you dont? The only syns I had were my mayo in my chicken salad. I did have a big salad...lol.

What was your menu today? Just wanted to compare.
 
It's advised that you use at least 5 syns a day, they're an integral part of the plan so are well worth enjoying. Not only to they make the diet more 'normal' and sustainable in the long run, but if you don't have them now, then further down the line when you might need to cut back you'll have nothing to cut back from.

Also worth noting that there are a lot of people on here that had better losses once they used their syns rather than only having a couple a day.
