Hi I'm new so be gentle!

Can someone tell me the syn value of the Oats So Simple 50g pots? I can't find them anywhere?

Original is 187kcal" fat 2.9 (sat 0.6). Fibre 3.2g.

I'm doing the old fashioned green and red days. Thanks!

no free food allowance, so 1 syn for every 20 calories, which makes it 9.5 syns for a 50g pot.

If it's the original flavour you can deduct 6 syns for your HEB.
