20 kcal 1 syn rule

hi
i was using the 20kcal rule for laughing cow deli lights and had three for lunch. this equaled 75 cal so i though it would be four syns. When i got home i checked online and it was actually 4.5 syns. I know half a syn isnt alot but if it was the same for other foods it could put me over my syns. is there any exceptions to take into consideration?

Hiya. Ive just been looking on here and someone has posted they r 1.5 syns or 5 hex a. Not sure myself as i never check just relay on others Haha. Hope the above is correct xx

1 laughing cow deli light is 25 calories, which is midway between 20 calories (1 syn) and 30 calories (1.5 syns)

Which does make them 1.5 syn a triangle going be the 1 syn for every 20 calories, because you are midway to the 30 calorie mark.

Syns exist in values of 0.5, 1, 1.5 and so on. There are no inbetween percentages. So although 1 deli light equals 1.5 syns, this is a rounded up syn equation and 3 deli lights will equal 4 syns.

as 75 calories = 3.75 syns, which rounded up is 4 syns.

The 1 syn for every 20 calories is accurate.

thank you for your replies. i though that it would end up being four syns but even when i added it to the diary it didnt take the amount down to four nevermind it only half a syn
