Hi all
So had s red day yesterday had 3 meals hexs and syns 2 yoghurts n 2 bits of fruit n was hungry so thought I was just missing carbs
So green day today 2 x toast = 2 x hexb cheese hexa on jacket potato topped with super speed soup for lunch 1 bit of fruit a yoghurt n a twirl for syns due to have dinner soon but just so starving!
I was eating healthy for months prior to starting sw so think it's just a few hungry days
