Poking a very sheepish head round the door :(

Right ladies (and gents), this is my first appearance since xmas completely lost it over the last few months, many reasons, none actually valid (haha). Nice to see a lot of newbies! Hope some old faces are still around too!

Pleased to report I've not put it all back on, probably half a stone though. I want to lose a stone in six weeks now

Can I join your little challenge in loosing a stone in 6 weeks? This would take me to 133 and I would be extremely happy with that....
