Mixed an 1oz into my sin free rice pudding. Have looked on line & can't find it & it's not in the book.
I had 1oz of silver spoon dark chocolate chips

Can anyone help?

1oz of chocolate is around 7 syns

It should list calories on the pack you got them from, in which case it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories, as no free food allowance.
