Low Syn Snacks

cadbury highlights lights chocolate mousses 3 syns each (so worth it in my opinion)

tin of rhubarb in light syrup- 100g= 1.5 syns and a a couple of table spoons of low fat custard- 1 syn

mc cain rustic oven chips- 100g= 1 syn

Pink and white marshmallow wafers - 2.5 syns each :)

another good tip to bear in mind, is that syns for all foods without a free food allowance (which is pretty much all snack type items) can be worked out by dividing the calories by 20.

So if while shopping you see something you like, you can work out the syns there and then and will know if it is a good syn value or not.

Remember though that it is only accurate for foods WITHOUT a free food allowance.
