beccas food diary

been on slimming world for 5 weeks now and decided to start posting a food diary, not the best day to start as i aint up ate the best today, i have had no fruit or veg:sigh: but will make up tomorrow, anyway if anyone can see anyhting i doing wrong etc i would appreciate if you let me know. i am following ee.



today
brekkie- scrambled egg
lunch- chicken and mushroom pasta in sauce
snack- vanilla mullerlight
tea- omelette with bacon and baked beans
snack- 2 weetabix (hex b) with semi skimmed milk (hex a)

not ate the best as didnt finish work till 7:mad:
 
today didnt get up til late as was off work so skipped breakfast

lunch- 1 wholemeal piece of bread toasted(hex b) with bacon and egg and baked beans
snack- 1/2 grapefruit
tea- steak with fried onions , broccoli and sw roasties ( 2 spoons of lighter than light mayo counted as syns)
strawberries
clementine
1 wholemeal piece of bread with ham lettuce and tomato on(mayo counted as syns)
(hexa) on semi skimmed milk in cup of teas
 
Hi, ia on another forun where i post my food diary, there is so much hoing on on this one i totally forget. Stil keeping it up and doing well so very pleased
