Thank god (or Asda) for Cream Soda!

Im on day 1 today, so far so good and had been drinking sparkling water during work, but hadnt prepared at home drink wise.

Id only just read about citric acid, so jumped up to read the labels on the various diet drinks bottles in the fridge

Cant have...cant have...and OMG my favorite Cream Soda has Lactic not Citric! Yeeehhaaa!

Are we allowed caffine on TS? I kicked it a few weeks ago anyway so dont need it, just a bit confused by being allowed dr pepper zero etc

I'd hold off on the cream soda for now. According to other posts in CD lactic acid like citric acid should be avoided

It's apparently like citric acid and likely to knock you out of ketosis

Ok, will buy some ketostix tomorrow. When I did atkins quite a few years ago, I found it very easy to get into ketosis, hopefully ill be the same now.
