Wow..what a day, not been the best day. Had my 1st bar today as advised by llc, and 2 hours after all my hunger pains came back. Seem to think Ive slipped out of ketosis because I was so hungry...Has anybody else suffered with this on their 1st week x
 
Hi, if you have stayed absitnent and only had your LL then you will still be in Ketosis. There could be all sorts of reasons for you hunger pains, but they very well could be psychological too. Keep going you're over the worse bit!! :D
 
You've prob heard this everywhere but try and drink as much water as possible. As yummy as the bars are your not taking in any water with them like the shakes which fills you up more. Try and drink as much water as possible. Helps with the hunger and the weight loss :)
 
yeh i find the bars don't fill me up as much, as i have one at lunchtime as easier when im on way back from the gym. The shakes fill me up more but as Joy has said drink more water as it fills you up more :) x
 
I make sure I drink 4 litres a day every day so dont think I want to exceed that. However it is my 1st week and Im still bedding in..thanks girls x
 
I was told I couldn't have any bars my first week, and it was best to go into ketosis. Hope things get better for you! :)
