This is gonna sound dumb. .. buut. Caan u really see a difference?? I mean y buut I feel like I didntt loose 50 pounds and I can tell im not that big any more but I feel I don't look as good as that pix

Yes you can really see the difference!

What you are going through is all part of the weight loss journey, it is very common.

It takes the head some time to catch up with the new slimmer body...while you can see it in photos it is much more difficult to see it yourself in front of a mirror, that is why a photo record of your weight loss helps so much on your weight loss journey as you can see the difference more clearly.

Ok thank u so much. I thought maybe my mind was playing games as well. But I no if I didn't pose fir the picture ut pribally wouldn't look that good lol

Not all just 25 pounds on sf the other 25 was from counting calories. But I have 20-30 more to go as well. And thank u all
