can anyone tell me the syns in a skinny latte from costa, I can only find the flavoured syns online?!

Why can't you count the skimmed milk as a HEXA? I count my tall latte as one because I measured the cup size and it was 350ml exactly.

honestly I don't know - My consultant said as you cannot make sure they produce it the same every time and because I haven't made it myself I cannot count it (sometimes I do though when I want 2 Freddo's in a day LOL)

This is nonsense - but I would choose to syn it anyway as it is so low in syns - no point in wasting a 6 syn HEA when the coffee is only 2.5 syns.

I've counted it a a HEXA the entire time I've been on SW, every single latte has been filled to the same level in the cup every single time and lets face it a few mls isn't going to make a lot of difference if you're doing the plan correctly. I'm sure your C is fab but all of mine have said it's fine and I'm not a big fan of cheese so it's perfect for me.

Yeah she is Fab! I'm guessing she's been told it from higher up or something so she's just passing it on. - I'm going to use it as my HeA anyway I think - else I just double up on dairy - and I don't want to do that!
