Lemon Diet

I've tried searching this on the forum but I haven't managed to find it anywhere.

Basically all you do is dilute the juice of a lemon with warm water and drink a glass every morning before you drink/eat anything else.

I've been doing it with half a lemon every morning for a week and I've managed to lose about a kg!

Has anyone done this before? Someone only told me about it not so long ago so I thought I would give it a try!
 
As long as you don't use it as a meal replacement it should be fine, a lot of people have a glass in the morning to wake up their system so crack on lol!
 
Also lemon in warm water apparently cleanses the liver which helps it do it's job better. Must get a few lemons in asda tomorrow!:D
