Back to it!

Well back to work after a week off and back to ts or so I thought but still struggle so added a small stir fry this evening, so have to get back into this. But I still havent put on!

Well done for not putting on, that's really good. I hope all goes well as you go back to work. Good luck sticking with the plan, hopefully it will get easier.
