Being Realistic this time

Firstly I'll say Hello, I've lurked for a while but finally plucked it to post.
I've done SW a few times before and always done reasonably well but low and behold after a few months I fall off the wagon and end up putting it all back on. Anyway I'm 40 next year and this year I've been noticeing more and more "ailments" creeping up on me and thought I need to do something about this so I'm 7 weeks in and have at weigh in today I'm totalling 1st & 9lb :) which I'm feeling ok about although I've a lot further to go
However thats the difference this time, before I've always thought I want to lose absolutely loads however I've had a think back and I've never been small or petite & do you know I'd be quite happy this time to just get into a size 18/20 clothes and if any more comes off then its a bonus. I'm never going to be a size 10 so theres no point aiming for something that not realistic
Anyway thats me - so people I look forward to speaking to you from time to time and hopefully they'll be lots of support on here to kick my ass into gear!!!!!

Hi. Well done on your loss so far. You must be so happy. I'm a bit of a serial dieter too. Lost count of the times i've restarted. Always end up back at sw and really do believe in the plan. It's me that's the problem.Had my first weigh in of my latest attempt this morning and lost 6 1/2 lbs. So happy. Feeling very positive but just taking it a day at a time. Good luck but sounds like you're doing great x
