Should I feel guilty or just give myself a break?

Back from 1st day back at school after half term, had an extra half hour walk in the freezing rain to get road tax on way home, and now feeling cold, tired and hungry.

Technically, I SHOULD be going to Legs Bums and Tums in 40 mins but feel really 'Mondayed' today. All I want is dinner, PJs and an early night. Trouble is that I already feel guilty because I missed a class yesterday as my Dad and Stepmum paid a suprise visit (hmph).

I'm going to be a hard cow and say go to class. You'll feel soooo much better once you've been and very smug. It will set you up for the week. Otherwise you will be kicking yourself all week if you don't.

Once you come home, put pjs on and snuggle up on the sofa xx

I think that life is too short to force yourself into what you don't want to do.
You are knackered, and you won't be doing yourself many favours tomorrow if you don't rest tonight.
There will be a time when you are super motivated to go. But tonight it not it.

(From Jemma. Also not going to the gym :) )

Haha - like having a devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other.
Didn't go in the end. I made my superfood stir-fry and ate in in my PJ's. Def early night tonight and looking forward to Aerobics class tomorrow, tap on Wednesday and Pump n Tone or Body combat on Thursday. Friday will be boogying (sp??) to burn some cals. x

Well, with a week like that planned I'll allow you this night off. Makes me feel knackered reading it!!! Xxxx

I reckon I'm going to be in bed by 8 tonight. What a big wuss!! Spearmint or popcorn tea and early night.

I found some in a health food / chinese shop, but must admit that I thought I'd have to get it online as it can be hard to find. The popcorn tea I did have to get online (Whittard DID sell it, but most stocks have run out now).
