i'm so annoyed,,i usually don't take any notice of my own scales but this morn jumped on and i'm the heaviest i've been in ages..10st2:(.now wrecking my head trying to think what i ate and mad that i'll be up on thursday..both my mind and my body playing tricks on me:cry:you'd think after doing ww for 7 months that i'd have learned not to weigh at home:confused::confused:

ok looking back on my sig 10 st2 wasnt sooo long ago but i've gotten used to my own scales telling me 9st12:(

It's so tempting to do this, even though we know it can lead to our undoing, I was a real one for weighing myself showing a loss at home and then 'relaxing' the plan....

Our bodies fluctuate through the day, water weight, food weight - exactly as you say - what you have to do is draw a line under it, do you think you have strayed off the plan or is it an 'illusion'?

If you have strayed a little, Thursday is ages away! you can turn this around, ok, the scales have said 10.2 but look back over your start weight! You can get past this with the right mindset :)

I did this couple of weeks into diet, (posted on thread somewhere) I was so gutted as I had been soooo good and my scales weren't moving was actually really surprised when I went to wi as I had actually LOST.. I could so easily have thrown in the towel that day, thankfully I didn't and instead have got rid of my home scales (well hubby has hidden them somewhere lol)

my weight can be out by up to 4lbs depending on time of day, what of eaten, bowel movements etc, I learnt the hard way no weighing at home wait till official wi same time same place, in my case same clothes lol
