I think i may just be having a thick day but i've a red day problem.

So far today i've had:

Breakfast: Porridge (HEXB) with Milk (HEXA)

Lunch: Baked Potato (HEXB) with Tuna and cottage cheese.

Snacks: 2 Apples, WW Yogurt, Diet Coke and Water.

And sadly for dinner the mother is making Lasagna!!! (Beef Mince and layers of Pasta)

Which would mean i'd have to Syn my dinner???

Or not, oohhhh so confused!!!

No if you make sure you have a 3 rd superfree then call it EE and syn the porridge of baked potato!

I would change from red to green and HEb either the tuna or meat in the lasagne. You would then need to syn the other one but syns for meat are a lot lower on green than for pasta on red.

Thanks Circes I'm going to switch to Green :)

I've worked out the synage for the mince meat isnt as bad, as if i'd have syned the pasta on a red day :D

Thanks again for your help, panic over :D xxx

Why not make it EE??

You've had your HEXa and HEXb at breakfast.
Lunch is free, you just needed to have had more superfree with it.
Make sure you have PLENTY of superfree with your lasagne.

Yes i agree EE day You've had your HEA and HEB you only get one of each but everything else would be free food just make sure you have plenty of superfree with dinner and maybe some fruit.

The OP hasn't had enough superfree for it to be an EE day - none at breakfast or lunch and no mention of having any at dinner apart from what might be in the lasagne

The 1/3rd superfree can be as a part of the whole day as well as per meal, so surely if the OP has salad or veg with the lasagne then it could become an EE day

Superfree is supposed to be one third of every meal not just one third over the course of the day. The purpose is to limit the amount of free food you consume at mealtime and having it over the course of day does not service this function. Besides even then she would need to eat a heck of a lot of superfree at dinner time for it make up one third of her day's food intake. Just my opinion. :)

Superfree can be either, to suit you. SW have confirmed it! At the end of the day, it's what works for the individual. Noone can dictate to anyone, it's all only guideline to follow :)

Well it seems no matter how many times sw are asked they seem to come up with a different answer. One time they say it has to be per meal and another it's per day so unfortunately it doesn't seem like you can say that 'sw said it' definitively as they don't seem to know! But in my opinion that it doesn't make sense to do it over the day as it wouldn't reduce portion size so therefore wouldn't reduce daily calories therefore not optimum weightloss.

Also remember the cheese on the lasange if it has any xx
