Hi - all depends on you really - having done both I definitely prefer the exante packs (although as they have no aspartame some find they need the odd sweetener)- and obviously quite a bit cheaper - however some may prefer the support of a counsellor which I think is the main difference between the 2- although there is always lots of support on here - losses are equivalent - good luck with your choice
