I read that sainsburys Bgty pork sausage were something like half a syn each

I bought Bgty leak and pork pack if 6 they are lovely but I think they are higher syns?? I thought it was all Bgty sausage dies anybody know the syn value of these and the pork and black pepper 6 pack too??

O dear I hope it's not alot.... Other than those two I've only had 2.5 syns today so can hopefully save myself from screwing up on day 2!!

Hi Shell

BGTY pork sausages 20 pack , frozen at 50g each are 2 syns on EE and red and 4.5 on green
BGTY extra lean Cumberland sausages 8 pack chilled 57g each are 0.5 syns each on EE and red and 4 on green

These are the only ones I can find- I hope someone else can help you more

Thanks for that I don't know what planet I was on while shopping but not only did I not get bgty ones I got the complete opposite..... Taste the difference!!!

Taste diff pork and leek fresh 6 pack! What a div n I bought 2 packs n other half don't eat pork lol
 
If you post the nutritional information someone will be able to work it out on the syn calculator for you.
 
The online thing doesn't have the syns for the leek ones, but the other flavoured taste the difference pork sausages are all either 5.5 or 6.5 syns on ee or original, and 9.5 or 10.5 on green.
